The Experience
Questions
What does my ticket include?
Your crystal glass, which you take home as a keepsake, wine tastings, and access to all of the day's activities: guided tastings, talks with winemakers, live music, and surprises.
What's the difference between the Premium and Icon tickets?
With Premium, you choose 6 tastings to build your own tour of the valley. With Icon, tastings are unlimited: try as many wines as you like, at your own pace, all day long. Both include your Riedel glass and full access to the event.
What is the Riedel glass tasting?
A guided experience, held every hour, where you discover how the shape of the glass completely changes what you taste in the wine. It's one of those things you have to experience to believe.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. The event is for adults 18 and over only, so remember to bring your ID.
Can I eat there?
Yes. You'll find the MUT's restaurants and gourmet vendors with cheese, charcuterie, and more. Food is not included in the ticket price.
Do I have to stay all day?
Not at all. The event runs from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and you decide when to arrive and how long to stay. Come whenever suits you and enjoy it at your own pace.
Does the Friends Pack have to arrive together?
No. Unlike other ticketing platforms, you're not required to enter all at once: the same QR code is shared and validated per person as each one arrives. Everyone comes on their own schedule.
How does the service fee work?
It's a fixed fee per ticket charged by the ticketing platform (not by Ruta del Vino de Colchagua). You'll see it reflected in your cart before paying, so there are no surprises.
How do I receive my tickets?
Once you complete your purchase, you'll get an email with your voucher and ticket QR code. Just show it from your phone when you arrive at the event, where it's validated at the entrance. And you're ready to enjoy!
Is it indoors and heated?
Yes. It's a climate-controlled indoor space, and there's also an outdoor terrace if you'd like some fresh air.
Is there seating?
Yes, seating areas are available throughout the event.
How do I get there?
We're at the MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba), 4th Floor, Av. Apoquindo 2730, Las Condes. You can get there directly via Tobalaba metro station, just steps from the entrance, and the building has parking available.
Can I take home the wine I buy?
Yes. You can take your wine home to keep enjoying Colchagua after the event, or take advantage of free corkage at Le Dix Vins and The Loft to enjoy it there.
