Before you start
- Tours: you can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before it starts, unless the tour description states a different deadline.
- Events (including Vino el Cine): the conditions stated on each event apply.
- Only the person who made the purchase can request this, using the email used at checkout.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund goes back to the same card. If you paid by debit card, it is sent by bank transfer to the account you give us. If you paid with PayPal, it goes back to your PayPal account. We confirm the timeframe by email.
