General Details of the Visit:
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Includes: Visit to the vineyard, tasting of 4 emblematic wines: Polkura Diluta, Polkura Syrah Block G+I, Polkura Syrah Secano and Syrah Maniac
Truck Ride: It takes place in spring and summer, as long as weather conditions allow it. It will not be carried out on rainy days or in case of technical inconveniences.
Schedules: We offer tours from Monday to Sunday at three times: 10:30, 13:00 and 15:30. Our tours are available in Spanish and English.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:
The value does not include meals or wine tasting for minors.
All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
15 minutes of waiting are given to late passengers.
TRANSPORT:
Transportation not included in the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Date changes are allowed with 24 hours notice and based on availability.
Viña Polkura may cancel or modify the service in the event of weather conditions or other situations that affect safety or the adequate provision of the service.
RETURN POLICY:
To request a refund, a minimum notice of 24 business hours in advance is required.
You must contact the email tours@polkura.cl.
The refund will be made in the same payment method within 15 business days.
SUGGESTIONS:
It is suggested that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the visit.
It is important to arrive at your destination at the estimated time.
You will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before starting the activity.
