Ruta Viña Encierra & Viña La Sirca
Discover the Colchagua Valley through an experience that brings together two neighboring wineries, just 10 km apart.
Your day begins at Viña Encierra with a warm welcome in the wine shop. You will then walk through the vineyards to learn about their history, their soils and the different grape varieties planted. The tour continues in the concrete-tank cellar, whose architecture is unique in the Colchagua Valley and makes a great spot for photos. Next, you will visit the chapel, built in traditional Chilean style, and the aging room, with French oak barrels from first to fourth use. The visit ends with a tasting of 3 wines paired with a cheese board and a picnic at the quincho, the winery's covered outdoor dining area.
After two hours at Encierra, you head to Viña La Sirca, where a guided tasting of 4 wines and a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards await you.
