Following the tour, participants will indulge in a vertical tasting of six vintages of Encierra's extraordinary wine: 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2017. They will savor the nuances and complexities imparted by each year, influenced by variations in climate, harvest, and winemaking techniques. To enhance the tasting experience, a selection of cheeses with different maturations will be provided, offering the perfect pairing to complement and elevate the flavors of the wines.

Cancellation Policies for Viña Encierra:
Reservations and Payments:
- All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and must be fully paid.
- Payment of 100% of the tour is required to confirm the reservation.
- All prices include VAT.
- We required a minium of 2 asistant to develop the Tour
Cancellation Policy:
- If the cancellation is made within 5 days prior to the tour, a 100% charge of the total value will apply, and date changes are offered.
- In case of cancellation from 15 days to 5 days before the tour, a 30% charge of the total value will apply.
Special Conditions:
- In case of rain, the tour will not be suspended, but participants are recommended to bring appropriate clothing.Schedule modifications can be made by contacting us to reschedule.
